J. Lo’s Berry Berry Good Smoothie

Yield: Four servings

Ingredients: 

3 cups strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 scoop of BodyLab Tasty Shake in Classic Vanilla ($22; bodylab.com)

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

½ cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
