Unless you are in college the days of serving fruity jello shots in paper cups at a party have come and gone. If you’re not ready to give up your little jiggly bites of alcohol just yet, then this champagne jello shot recipe is just chic enough to serve alongside appetizers and cocktails at your “grown up” soiree.
I will definitely be serving these at a bachelorette party in a few weeks!
Champagne Jello Shots Recipe
1 Bottle of Champagne
1 Box Unflavored Gelatin (You will use all 4 packets)
Glitter Sugar Sprinkles (optional)
Pour 2 cups of champagne into a small pan and sprinkle in the packets of gelatin. Allow the gelatin to soak in for about 2 minutes.
Heat on low, stirring constantly. Do this until the gelatin is dissolved which takes about 5 minutes. Once the foam from the champagne dissipates remove from heat.
Stir in the rest of the bottle of champagne and pour into an 8×8 pan (I used a throwaway) and refrigerate until set.
