DJ KO: Mixing Up The Twelve Cocktails of Christmas

DJ KO: Mixing Up The Twelve Cocktails of Christmas

What’s your favorite Christmas memory?

My favorite Christmas memory would have to be when I received a slime gun (Similiar to a Nerf gun but shoots slime) from my parents. I instantly loaded it up and started blasting my bully older brothers in the house!! I was king for a moment and then the gun was taken and throw in the trash by my mom. It was a blast while it lasted!

What’s your idea of a good Christmas Dinner?

This would have to be the prime rib my in laws make!! Can’t beat a prime rib Christmas dinner!!

Do you have a favorite Christmas album?

I don’t really have a favorite Christmas album, but if I was going to compile one, I would include the basic classics of course. My favorites are the modern classics like: Chris Brown “This Christmas,”Cee Lo “What Christmas Means to Me,” & definitely the booty shake version of Mariah Carey’s “All I want for Christmas.” Other favorites are Taylor Ray Hollbrook’s “Merry Merry Me” & Rizzi Myers “I love Christmas!”

Do you have any favorite traditions or favorite movies for the holiday season?

I really love everything about Christmas!! I came from a big family, so instead of buying everyone a gift, we would do a white elephant exchange where most of the gifts are gag gifts and they do not exceed the price of $25 dollars. We pick numbers for order and you can steal a gift up to 3 times and #1 has the last say. This never fails for epic family time in GA!

Whats been your favorite album of 2016?

This one is tough! I feel like music has moved into a single’s world and I rarely listen to a full album. I don’t think I have a favorite, but there are some notable albums. Charlie Farley – “All I’ve Been Through” | Bruno Mars – “24k” | Ariana Grande – “Dangerous Woman” | DJ KO – “High Gravity” | The rest of my favorites were all singles.

What are your hopes for 2017? Any exciting plans?

In 2017 I am excited to be joining the Arenacross tour again on a 14 state tour! I will also be closing out the “High Gravity” tour. My team and I have been working non-stop in the studio and we can’t crown wait to debut this new fire!
