The video for your new single, “Souvenirs,” premiered on CMT today! Congrats! Going back to your first single, “Rerun,” it had great success back in September 2017. Do you think that fan voting gives you momentum for this video release?
I’m so thankful to all my fans that voted for this song, seeing such a positive reaction was so great and I think it will help with the success of this next video. Watch ‘Souvenirs’ on CMT HERE
You were named as an Artist to Watch by Rolling Stone Country in 2017 and Nashville Lifestyles Magazine in 2018. What does that type of distinction mean to you?
It’s always a pinch me moment when I receive recognition at this stage in my career. The Rolling Stone Country article was a surprise and the next thing I know I’m finding out one of their reporters attended my CMA fest show last June. 2017 was an extra special year, especially being recognized by Rolling Stone whose legacy means so much in the music industry.

Yes! One of the best parts of touring is getting to see so many beautiful places and explore on my downtime. I went to Disneyland this past trip to LA.
Have you met any of your musical heroes? If so, can you tell us about it?
Yes, Alabama. They were the first major act I ever opened for and they were so kind and welcoming.

What dish would you cook to impress a date?
I like to cook my boyfriend some of his favorite meals. Meatballs and pasta, pork tenderloin and baked beans and Tuscan chicken with spaghetti.
Finally, if you could be sponsored by one food/drink brand who would it be and why?
Daddy’s Dogs, a hot dog stand here in Nashville – because my boyfriend and I get them at least once a week and it was our Valentines date night meal. The best danger dog I’ve ever had.
