Easy Cheesy Weeknight Manicotti

It’s middle of the week and you’re looking for an easy dinner to throw together. Look no further, we have you covered with our easy cheesy manicotti recipe.

But first, make sure you have the following items, before you get started

Ingredients:
(Fills Approx. 7 Manicotti Noodles)

  • Manicotti Noodles
  • A Jar of your Favorite Spaghetti Sauce
  • A container of Ricotta Cheese (the smaller one, unless you are making more)
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic Salt
  • Parsley Flakes
  • Oregano
  • Pepper

Step One – Boil water and cook desired number of noodles per the instructions on the box. Remove noodles from the water and place on foil to cool. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Step Two – Combine container of ricotta cheese, a cup-ish of mozzarella, and a cup-ish of parmesan (I use the shredded in a bag) in a mixing bowl. Add, garlic salt, parsley flakes and oregano to your liking. Approx a teaspoon each. Add pepper to taste. Mix

Step Three – Spoon filling in to a sandwich bag. cut a decent hole in the corner so that you are able to squeeze the filling in to the noodle. Do not try to spoon the filling in to the noodle it won’t work. Take cooled noodles one at a time and fill.

Step Four – Cover bottom of baking dish with desired sauce. Place filled manicotti noodles in dish, cover with more sauce and cheese before baking. Bake for approx, 20 to 30 min, or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.

FOR THAT LITTLE SOMETHING EXTRA –  Add pepperoni on top of the manicotti before baking.
