Darryl Worley’s Peanut Butter Fudge

Darryl Worley has fond memories of his mom’s peanut butter fudge. Check out this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook to soft-ball stage, then add the marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows melt. Take off stove and stir until thick. Pour into an 8 inch buttered pan. Refrigerate.
