Big Gig BBQ: Milwaukee’s Ultimate BBQ Festival

Americans love to get outside during the hot weather, cook some food, and just have fun! This year, thousands of people spent their Sunday afternoon at the Big Gig BBQ Festival on the south end of Henry Maier Festival Park in Milwaukee, WI. This tasty party served up smoky ribs, savory brisket, mac and cheese with smoked sausage, and signature BBQ from ten of the best local and national cookers. It was some of best BBQ, from the spicy rubs and the sauce running down your face, that would please amateur and professional grilling enthusiasts, as well as people who just like to enjoy the mess. Not to mention they had the finest beer in town and two stages of live entertainment, including Chris Janson and Tucker Beathard! There was no backyard BBQ that could compete with this party! So if you missed it and have a hankering for some real barbecue, make plans to visit one of their locations and sample every sauce and style!!
